Steampunk Mutitool Holster

The Steampunk Multitool Holster is made from three pieces of leather riveted to the brass frame with the brass rivets. Leather for the front part of the holster was formed by putting wet piece of leather on wooden profile into the plastic bag from which the air was removed with the vacuum pump.

The brass frame was made from one piece of thin ( 1 mm ) brass sheet . First the outer shape was cut and the holes were drilled.

Then the inner shape of the frame was cut.

The frame was bent to the right shape and the strip of leather was riveted to back of the frame .

Front and rear leather was put into the frame and riveted with brass rivets. Edges of the leather were cut in the shape of the frame and the locking latch was added.
