Gyroscope using laser printer spinner motor

The gyroscope is made from high speed motor used in laser printers to spin mirrors. Instead of mirrors in this gyroscope motor spins balanced brass wheel . The speed controller in the motor module is bypassed allowing the motor to work without the printer electronics. On the top of the motor a copper weight is mounted to balance the motor module .

Motor module is mounted in gyroscope's inner frame. Two brass screws with sharpened endings provide power for the motor and act as a bearnings for the module.

To allow free rotation of the inner frame the outer frame is added . Again , sharpened brass screws are used as bearings and conductors.
